How to Play Guess the Bottles
Guess the Bottles is a logic and deduction puzzle. The game shuffles a row of colored bottles into a secret order, and your job is to recreate that order on the shelf. Move bottles from the pool onto the shelf, then press Check. The game tells you how many bottles are already in the correct position — but not which ones. Swap bottles around and check again, using the feedback to narrow down the right arrangement until every bottle is where it belongs.
What Guess the Bottles Trains
This game trains deductive reasoning and working memory. Each check gives you a single number — correct positions — and you must hold previous arrangements and their scores in mind to eliminate possibilities. It is the same kind of constrained, feedback-driven thinking used in Mastermind, Sudoku, and scientific problem-solving: form a hypothesis, test it, interpret the result, and refine. Short rounds with fewer bottles are good for quick practice; eight to ten bottles will keep your working memory fully engaged for several minutes.
